1. Operator and acceptance
Muricads is operated by Sharklab Srl, VAT IT06290010484, Via Pio Fedi 41, 50142 Firenze (FI), Italy. Contact info@muricads.com. By using claim or payment features you accept these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Paid buyers must be at least 18 and legally able to contract.
2. What Muricads provides
Each US state shown on the map is an exclusive advertising territory. A listing may promote one supported Google Play app, Apple App Store app, Steam game or public website. Store and website metadata is imported from the supplied identifier or URL and may be repositioned, resized, rotated and displayed on the territory.
A paid purchase provides the `Protected placement` shown immediately before Checkout. During that period the territory cannot be replaced by a higher bid. `Maximum visibility` is the latest possible expiry: after protection, remaining visibility is not guaranteed and may end when another buyer submits the valid minimum bid.
3. Free claims, bids and credit
- A free claim first creates a 30-minute draft hold. Its displayed free protection and three-day maximum visibility start only after the first saved layout and required product-ownership verification.
- One verified email/domain identity may hold only one active free listing. Muricads may apply session, network and cooldown controls to prevent stockpiling; paid listings do not count toward this free limit.
- An unfinished draft expires automatically. An activated free claim may be replaced according to the displayed map rules.
- The next bid, amount due, bidder credit, protection and maximum visibility are calculated by Muricads servers and displayed before Checkout.
- A successful takeover resets the public layout and starts the new placement.
- Eligible bidder credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, is tied to the same territory and cycle, and expires when that cycle ends.
- A refund reverses the corresponding credit. Credit that depends on a refunded payment may not be used.
- Paid renewals within the current tier are available only in the displayed final-20% renewal window and follow the price shown before Checkout.
- An owner may move to the next tier at any time. Eligible bid credit reduces the amount due, and successful payment restarts protection and maximum visibility for the purchased tier.
4. Orders and payment
Stripe processes payments in the currency and total shown at Checkout. A card may first be authorised while Muricads atomically verifies that the territory is still available at the displayed price. Once verified, the placement starts immediately while the full amount remains authorised. Muricads captures it after the Protected placement has been supplied or earlier when required to avoid expiry of the card authorisation. If the territory is no longer available, the authorisation is cancelled; if an exceptional conflict is discovered after capture, the payment is refunded. For an eligible withdrawal before capture, Muricads captures no more than the service supplied and releases the balance; a supplied-service amount below Stripe's applicable capture minimum is waived.
The buyer must provide accurate billing and contact information and choose whether purchasing as an individual or business. Taxes, invoices, receipts and credit notes are handled according to applicable rules.
5. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw. Because advertising is activated immediately, the pre-Checkout screen separately asks the consumer to request immediate performance and acknowledge that: (a) withdrawal during an unfinished Protected placement may require payment proportionate to the service already supplied; and (b) the right is lost once that protected service has been fully performed. Details and the calculation are in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Business buyers do not receive consumer-only rights unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain rights in material you control. You grant Muricads a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence for the duration necessary to retrieve, cache, transform and publicly display the submitted product metadata and linked brand assets as part of the listing. You confirm that you are authorised to promote the product and that the destination and material comply with the Content Policy and applicable law.
7. Moderation and service integrity
Muricads may reject, suspend or remove content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, technically harmful or contrary to the Content Policy. Where reasonably possible, we will preserve relevant evidence and explain the action. We may temporarily restrict actions to protect payments, users or the platform. Refund consequences depend on the reason, applicable law and the Refund Policy.
We may periodically recheck whether an imported store product or website still exists, whether its public ownership evidence remains consistent and whether its destination or media has become structurally unsafe. Network errors alone do not trigger automatic suspension. Confirmed removal, changed ownership evidence or an unsafe redirect may hide the entire placement pending review. We do not automatically retarget a purchased placement or transfer its product authorisation to a replacement owner. Restoration requires a new healthy check and review; any payment remedy remains governed by these Terms, the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the map available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Verified Muricads downtime may result in an extension or proportional refund. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party store availability, destination changes, user-supplied content, indirect loss or results of an advertising campaign. Mandatory consumer remedies and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Access codes and security
The claim code grants control of a listing and must be kept confidential. Recovery, withdrawal and monetary actions may require email verification, CAPTCHA or additional checks. Contact us promptly if a code is exposed. Muricads may suspend access while resolving conflicting ownership or fraud reports.
10. Law, disputes and changes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and the courts available under the law of their habitual residence. Contact us first so we can investigate. Available consumer ADR mechanisms may also be used where applicable. Changes apply prospectively; each paid order stores the legal-document version accepted at purchase.
