1. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer who concludes an online service contract may normally withdraw within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. Muricads advertising begins immediately only after an express request. If you withdraw before the Protected placement has been fully performed, you remain responsible only for the proportion already supplied. If the protected service has been fully performed after your prior express request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right ends.
Any more favourable mandatory right under applicable law remains available.
2. Proportional calculation
amount returned or released = purchase amount × undelivered protected time / total protected timeServer timestamps determine elapsed service. Verified downtime attributable to Muricads is not treated as delivered service. Calculations are made to the smallest currency unit and rounded in the consumer's favour. We do not deduct Stripe fees, an activation fee, a refund fee or a penalty.
3. Refund outcomes
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Withdrawal while payment is still authorised | At most the supplied service is captured; the refundable authorisation is released without a later refund transaction. Muricads waives a supplied-service amount that Stripe cannot capture because it is below the applicable minimum. |
| Captured payment but territory not awarded | Automatic full refund |
| Duplicate charge, wrong amount or wrong currency | Full refund |
| Valid withdrawal after capture | Proportional refund; listing and related credit removed |
| Incorrect takeover during protection | Listing restored or full refund |
| Valid outbid after protection | No cash refund; eligible bid credit follows the Terms |
| Natural expiry | No refund |
| Verified Muricads service failure | Time extension or proportional/full refund according to impact |
| Documented Content Policy violation | Handled under the Terms without limiting mandatory rights |
4. Withdraw from a purchase
Use the secure form below while the right is available. You will need the payment email and management code, followed by security verification. Statutory withdrawal does not require a reason. The automatic route applies while the consumer window and the purchased Protected placement are both still open; business purchases and exceptional cases go to support review. You may also send an unambiguous request to info@muricads.com.
This form is for consumer withdrawal from an eligible active paid placement. It does not limit support requests for duplicate charges, service faults, fraud or other mandatory rights.
We send an electronic acknowledgement containing the request, date and time without undue delay.
5. Payment destination and timing
Before capture, Stripe releases the refundable portion of the pending card authorisation and captures no more than the service already supplied. If that service amount is below Stripe's applicable minimum capture, Muricads waives it and releases the full authorisation; a bank may take a short time to remove the released hold. After capture, Stripe returns funds to the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside Muricads' control and often take several business days. If a refund fails, we will contact you using the payment email to arrange the legally required next step.
6. Disputes and abuse prevention
If a bank dispute is already open, we first reconcile it with Stripe to prevent duplicate reimbursement. Security checks do not remove mandatory rights. Refunded payments cannot retain or generate bid credit, and a withdrawal cannot overwrite a later legitimate owner.
